NEW PATIENT
As a new patient that has never gotten their card in the state of Florida, our cost is $120 for the initial visit; along with a state fee of $77.75 for an out the door cost of $197.75.
RENEWALS
As an existing medical marijuana cardholder, whether you’re a patient of ours or transferring doctors, the only cost to renew your doctor's recommendations for the next 7 months is $90.
REQUEST FOR EXCEPTION
If you as a patient require more medicine that the initial state allowed order, we do not charge to submit the state required paperwork for you to receive a needed and justified increase to your orders.
DISCOUNTS
VETERANS
We at The Releaf Clinic have always been huge supporters of our Veterans. All Veterans receive $10 off any New Patient or Renewal Appointment.
OVER 65
For all of our patients with an excess of wisdom(born before 1958), we offer a wisdom discount that takes $10 off the top of either a New Patient or Renewal Appointment.
